Service Provider Guidelines
Victim Support ACT (VS ACT) provides a range of clinical and non-clinical services to individuals who have experienced crime in the ACT. VS ACT administers and delivers these services through the Victim Service Scheme which is governed by the Victims of Crime Act 1994 and the Victims of Crime Regulation 2000.
VS ACT has a panel of providers who have qualifications and/or experience in working with victims of crime. The VS ACT Case Coordinators work closely with the providers to ensure victims of crime are receiving the help they need to recover from the harm suffered because of the crime.
Providers undertake this work according to the VS ACT Service Provider Guidelines (PDF 350KB) which have been amended.
