A Charter of Rights for Victims of Crime (Released 12 December 2017)

This report  seeks to guide government and assist the community to understand the needs of victims of crime in the ACT.  It contains a number of recommendations on the core rights that should be contained in a Charter of Rights for victims of crime as well as recommendations for other reforms to support access to those rights.
